Welcome to Fit Over 50 with Laura! I am an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 18 years of experience helping seniors over 55 stay active, healthy, and confident in their abilities. My certifications include a 200-hour YogaFit teacher training, tai chi, Gerifit, Silver Sneakers, and water aerobics instruction.
Throughout my career, I have had the privelege of teaching in diverse settings such as health clubs, senior centers, and senior living facilities. I have become a master at providing personalized exercise modifications, ensuring safe and effective workouts for individuals with various health concerns.
Fitness isn't just my profession - it's my passion! When I'm not teaching, you'll often find me hiking, reading, practicing yoga, or enjoying moments of meditation. My mission is to empower you to feel strong, balanced, and vibrant so you can enjoy life to it fullest.
